MyCHDLog allows you to securely log and share O2%, weight, feedings and other important notes right from your iOS device. MyCHDLog is an App for parents and caregivers of those affected by CHD! The App gives you a secure electronic/mobile solution to log the vital health info that may be required by your medical team. It’s available for both iPhone and iPad.
